Full Basement Conversion for Amey at Olive Grove Depot
Appointed by Amey as the main delivery partner to undertake a full conversion of the basement area at the Olive Grove Depot, a key facility owned by Sheffield City Council and managed by Amey.
The project required the transformation of a dated and underused basement space into a modern, functional working environment complete with upgraded welfare and office facilities, designed to meet the needs of a busy operational depot and deliver long-term value for the client.
